Our Founder
Patricia Barganier is the Founder of Barganier and a former Partner and National Director of Unclaimed Funds at Ernst & Young. Since founding the firm in 2004, she has helped Fortune 10 to Fortune 1000 companies navigate complex unclaimed property compliance through strategic consulting and innovative solutions.
With over 28 years of experience, including 14 years in public accounting and consulting, Patricia is recognized for her expertise in corporate compliance and unclaimed property management. She developed proprietary data analytics software that helps clients reduce risk, improve reporting accuracy, and make informed compliance decisions.
Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Georgia State University. She is a respected industry speaker, has been featured in USA Today, BusinessWeek, and Tax Analysts, and continues to provide practical, results-driven solutions for organizations nationwide.
